ELKA / Belino case study

01

The challenge

ELKA asked The Design Agency to modernize the packaging of its established Belino Croissants line without removing the warmth and familiarity consumers already associated with the brand.

The previous packaging had become visually busy, while a crowded bakery and confectionery category demanded faster product recognition and clearer flavour differentiation.

02

The design system

The redesign was organized around visual clarity, a flavor-specific color system and stronger product imagery. Typography and the logo area were refined to improve hierarchy and scalability across different packaging formats.

The objective was to make the product easier to recognize on shelf while preserving the brand's approachable character.

03

From screen to print

The Design Agency handled the process from concept and digital rendering through final print preparation and production supervision.

Design decisions were tested in 3D mockups and print simulations so color, materials, finishes and hierarchy could be evaluated in the context where the packaging would actually be used.
